In the midst of a tumultuous divorce between former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak and her estranged husband Kroy Biermann, shocking details have emerged from a recent 911 call made by Zolciak. The audio, released on June 26, reveals a distressing incident where she accused Biermann of accusing her friend of kidnapping their son. The call took place in Alpharetta, Georgia, on June 16, after Zolciak allowed their son to go on a playdate to the rodeo.

Zolciak began the call by stating, “I just have a situation here where my husband [Kroy] is threatening a kidnapping because my girlfriend took my son on a playdate.” She went on to accuse Biermann of harassing her friend, resulting in their son being visibly shaken and crying hysterically. Zolciak insisted that she had given her consent for the playdate and implored Biermann not to press charges against her friend.

Seeking legal clarification, Zolciak contacted her lawyer who confirmed that the incident did not qualify as kidnapping. In a surprising twist, Zolciak also claimed that Biermann had allegedly stolen her purse, which contained important divorce documents. Frustrated and anxious, she expressed her reluctance in involving the authorities for what she deemed a petty matter but felt compelled to do so due to Biermann’s unpredictable behavior.

Zolciak’s concern for her son’s wellbeing was evident as she feared the situation would escalate further. Despite her reservations, she pledged to retrieve her son but acknowledged that the ordeal might not end there. While she anticipated Biermann’s potential anger and outbursts later that evening, it remains unclear whether she made a follow-up call to the authorities.

According to TMZ, a source revealed that Biermann was allegedly unaware that their son had received permission to attend the rodeo with his friend and their mother. Reportedly, Biermann insisted that Zolciak bring their son back, but she purportedly hung up on him. Notably, Biermann did not file any kidnapping charges.

Zolciak initially filed for divorce from Biermann on May 8, listing their split date as April 30. In the divorce documents obtained by TMZ, she claimed that their marriage was irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation. Zolciak is now seeking primary physical custody and joint legal custody of their four children. The couple tied the knot in 2011, eight years after Zolciak divorced her first husband, Daniel Toce.
