Azuki, a popular blue-chip non-fungible token (NFT) collection, has announced the launch of a new collection called Azuki Elementals, which aims to expand its NFT ecosystem. The collection will consist of 20,000 NFTs inspired by the elements present within the Azuki ecosystem, namely earth, fire, lightning, and water. These NFTs will feature various levels of rarity traits, which will be revealed during the minting process.
The sale of Azuki Elementals will commence on Today through a Dutch Auction model, starting at a price of 2 ETH (approximately $3,800). Initially, the collection will be available exclusively to holders of Azuki NFTs or BEANZ, another derivative collection associated with Azuki. The auction will follow a decremental pricing strategy, with the price dropping by 0.1 ETH (around $187) every five minutes until all the remaining 10,000 Elementals NFTs are sold.
To celebrate the launch of the new collection, Azuki conducted an event called “Follow the Rabbit” in Las Vegas, where a portion of the NFTs from the Azuki Elementals collection was airdropped to existing Azuki holders. Participants of the event received an undisclosed Azuki Elemental NFT and a soulbound token as a commemoration of the occasion. Charlie G., an Azuki holder and event attendee, shared on Twitter that the trailer unveiled at the event surpassed the quality witnessed in the NFT space before. He praised Azuki’s ability to captivate the attention of the community, surpassing the standards set by typical NFT projects.

With the introduction of the Azuki Elementals collection, Azuki aims to further engage its community and expand its presence within the NFT ecosystem. The release of the collection has generated excitement among Azuki holders and NFT enthusiasts, showcasing the project’s commitment to innovation and quality.
